Fiona Hayes Au.D., CCC-A joined Starkey in 2022 in the role of Education & Training Audiologist. Her primary initiative is to provide education and support for Government Services Audiologists. Prior to joining Starkey, she worked as an Assistant Professor and Clinical Supervisor at the University of Utah, where she continues teaching as an Adjunct Instructor. Her previous professional experience was in combined private practice otolaryngology and neurotology settings around the Salt Lake Valley.
Dr. Fiona Hayes graduated in 2013 from Towson University in Maryland with her B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology in 2017 from the University of Utah. Her passion in Audiology centers around teaching and adult amplification. Outside of working hours, she can usually be found trail running or skiing in the mountains surrounding Salt Lake City.

Dr. Melissa Jordan received her Bachelors's and Masters's Degree from Michigan State University, and her clinical Doctorate in Audiology from PCO/Salus University. She has been in the private practice setting most of her career and has found those patient interactions and experiences to be very rewarding. She is eager and excited to be embarking on a new professional experience on the manufacturing side of the industry. She looks forward to working collaboratively with all of the Starkey teams to elevate the customer and patient experience and what they can expect from Starkey!
