Erika Porter joined Phonak as a Clinical Trainer in April of 2019. She received her bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Science and master’s degree in Communication Disorders-Audiology from Arizona State University. She later went on to earn her AuD from A.T. Still University. Prior to joining Phonak, Erika worked in private practice settings providing tinnitus and hearing aid services. She especially enjoyed helping families through the journey of better hearing. She is currently based in Phoenix, AZ.

Sally Vollner, Au.D. is the Great Lakes Clinical Trainer for Phonak. She has been with Sonova for almost 10 years moving from the retail space as an HCP with Connect Hearing, Regional Sales Manager with Unitron, Audiology Technical Support with Phonak, before becoming your Clinical Trainer. This is her 2nd career, so to speak, as she worked in radio in Cincinnati for about 8 years as Creative Services Director and Music Director where she used her BFA in Electronic Media and MFA in Theatre Sound Design every day! She returned to University of Cincinnati after that for her Au.D. She currently resides in Cincinnati.
