Dr. Jerald James is a hearing health provider at Audibel Hearing Health Care. His primary is managing the communication needs of a diverse population in a private practice setting. Dr. James has been an audiologist for over 25 years. He is a 33 year active member of the U.S. Army Reserves in which he currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Dr. James has held positions in academia as well as an hospital settings. Dr. James is currently the chair person for the committee on Diversity and Inclusion through the Academy of Doctors of Audiology

Dr. Joseph received her Bachelor’s degree from Xavier University of LA, Masters degree from LSU, and doctorate from The University of Florida. She is currently employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs and has been serving our nation’s Veterans for 10 years now. She enjoys working with this very vulnerable population and improving their quality of life. When not working with Veterans, she is a full-time mom to her 11-year-old daughter who is a competitive dancer.

MAJ Virginia Bailey
AuD, MBA
MAJ Virginia B. Bailey earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications – Speech and Hearing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following her undergraduate studies, MAJ Bailey went on to attend the State University of New York at Buffalo (University at Buffalo) and received her Doctorate of Audiology and Master of Business Administration (AuD/MBA) in 2011, becoming the first student to complete the university’s AuD/MBA dual degree program. During her studies at UB, she decided to become an Army Officer and direct commissioned as a First Lieutenant in 2010. MAJ Bailey completed her 4th year externship through the Army Externship Program (AEP) at the former Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC.
