The Power of the Demo: An Innovative Field Study Offers a New Perspective
Hearing care professionals can gain valuable insights to what their patients’ initial listening experiences might be like simply by listening to the hearing aids. In a novel experiment designed to put Hearing Care Professionals in the shoes of their patients and to illustrate how sound quality can positively color the initial experience trying hearing aids, ReSound field representatives were trained to demo ReSound LiNX Quattro hearing aids on HCPs in a similar way that HCPs might do with their patients.

Signia Expert Series: Is autoREMfit a Reasonable Verification Alternative?
Today, most all major hearing aid manufacturers have partnered with one or more probe-mic companies to facilitate autoREMfit. That is, the interaction between the fitting software and the real-ear measures allow for automatically fitting to prescriptive targets. The notion is that this approach is faster than traditional verification, speeding up the fitting process. But is the procedure valid? Is it reliable? Is it as good as "clinician fit"? That's what we'll talk about in this webinar.
