Phonak Paradise provides new connectivity options that will benefit individuals with hearing loss by improving media sound quality, improving the signal to noise ratio by connecting to Roger and PartnerMic and offering personalization tools through the remote control and myPhonak App. These options will be discussed in detail to provide confidence when talking to patients about operational functions and the benefits that can be expected.

Learn how the new ReSound ONE telehealth features enhance the remote fitting experience for both the patient and the audiologist. The details of the system and patient benefits will be reviewed.

Utilizing real ear measures (REM) during the hearing aid fitting process is a recommended best-practice. However, use of REM has been relatively low due to reports that it can be time consuming. Learn how with Starkey’s real ear measurement integration within the Inspire fitting software, clinicians can match frequency response to targets in less than 10 minutes! This session will provide an overview of REM integration, including compatible real ear equipment and compatible Starkey products. The full process will be illustrated.

This course will discuss the way biomimicry in hearing instruments can be beneficial for users in a wide variety of listening environments. It will also discuss the new features that use biomimicry for directionality and localization in ReSound ONE hearing instruments.

This course will cover considerations for developing a multidisciplinary pediatric balance center. Specifics related to the development of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Multidisciplinary Pediatric Balance Center will be discussed.
