Question

What does reliability mean to Phonak, and what is a recent example of this commitment?

Answer

RIC Phonak

At Phonak, our commitment to reliability and continuous improvement is part of our broader mission to ensure that life is on for every patient. We are committed to testing our products beyond normal industry standards and put our instruments through extreme hardware and software stress tests. We designed our RIC and CROS RIC devices to withstand the challenges of everyday life, with parylene coatings and reduced points on entry, to provide extreme protection for extended life and consistent performance.

At Phonak, we pride ourselves on delivering the best quality products so that you can add your expertise to create the best-in-class experience for your patients. We are dedicated to continuous improvements in our products and processes to make fitting a Phonak great from the very first fitting.

Phonak has revolutionized the hearing aid industry by being the first to offer universal connectivity and we continue to build on our innovations with the introduction of new ERATM chip. This chip has been rated 93% in hearing aid wearer satisfaction from the first fit, has a 6x higher transmission power, 74% more RAM for faster processing, a more stable Bluetooth connection, provides uninterrupted hands-free calls, and streams to up to 2x the distance of our previous product line.

By blending state-of-the-art technology and our dedication to quality, we strive to improve everyday aspects of our patients' lives, now and into the future.

Explore the full potential of what Phonak has to offer.
