Revenue, binaural rates, close percentages and scheduling efficiency are just a few of the reports that are available for you to view. You may also access marketing reports, which include referral reports and clinic database reports. Referral reports are especially helpful if you are tracking your referral sources with each patient. Every appointment you schedule will have a referral source attached to it. Each of these reports can be exported directly to Microsoft Excel by a simple click of the mouse.
