Question

What products are available with Evolv AI?

Answer

Every patient's unique. You know that as a professional, you want to be able to select the best hearing aid from a variety of styles. You want to have the most options when it comes to power to meet those different audiometric challenges. You want to have different battery options for your patients depending on, again, what is specific about that patient. Are they going to do better with a zinc-air battery? Are they going to do better with a rechargeable product?

Everyone wants a hearing aid that is cosmetically appealing. They want it to be stylish and look state of the art, easy to use and of course, perform the best possible. Regardless of the situation in which they find themselves, patients want their hearing aids to work their best.  That's where we're really excited with Evolv AI because this is a full-style product family across styles, across technology levels. Our commitment to you and to your patient is to build hearing aids that fit right the first time, that is comfortable for all-day wear.

Everything that we do from the initial design of a hearing aid through looking at things like, what is the battery requirements, is it durable, it's all driven by the patient, and what will that patient want to put in their ear every day for every waking moment. This is just a continual process of making our hearing aids better and better and better from a physical standpoint, from a durability standpoint, from a hearing standpoint, of course, a health standpoint. It's all about this custom craftsmanship.

For your patients that desire the tiniest, most discreet custom product possible. We're introducing two new non-wireless custom products. We do custom better than anybody. We do small smaller than anybody. With the Evolv AI, we now have the tiniest non-wireless IIC possible for those people that are looking for the smallest device with the best signal processing.

The other area that we've been asked about for a while now is what about those extreme, severe losses? What about that Power Plus category of BTE? I have to say it's been a long time coming. We are extremely excited to now being able to introduce with Evolv AI, the Power Plus BTE with full integration of artificial intelligence, sensor technology, wireless technology as well. The Evolv AI, 2.4 GHz wireless Power Plus BTE is the only Power Plus BTE with integrated sensor technology to be able to take advantage of all of our healthable features, as well as meet the needs of the toughest hearing losses that are out there.

You've got the Micro RIC 312 zinc-air device, the RIC 312 zinc-air device, the rechargeable RIC, the rechargeable BTE and now the brand new Power Plus BTE 13. Of course, within the standard product line, we continue with our fantastic CROS system. CROS compatibility is available for you in the rechargeable RIC, the 13 BTE, and the 312 receiver in the canal device as well. Again, fully compatible with all of our Wireless Accessories, mobile app, 2.4 GHz connectivity for smartphones. If you've got someone that needs that CROS, you've got it in these three styles across the different Evolv technology levels.

When it comes to selection, you really do have it all. This is the first time that I can remember at Starkey, and really probably in any manufacturer, where a product was introduced in every style across technology levels so that you can pick whatever you need for any patient that walks through the door, so selection really should be effortless.
