Scott is the Director, Product Management at Sonova USA, Inc. As leader of the Product Marketing Team, he manages the Phonak U.S. brand product portfolio and guides the product lifecycle from introduction and positioning in the market through product discontinuation. Scott previously served Phonak as the Director of Engineering with responsibilities for new product and process development, manufacturing systems support and custom product quality. Scott started in the hearing instrument industry in 1992 and has held various roles in Research and Development and Operations. Since joining Phonak in 2002, he has been integral in the development of the advanced digital manufacturing systems at Phonak and more recently led the evolving product marketing activities of the Phonak brand. Scott received his Engineering degree from Kansas State University in 1988.
