 - Execute (double-click) the file.
 - The connection opens and should connect in a second or two.

DIRECTIONS: Mac OSX- Click on the OSXvnc.zip file.
- If prompted, choose "Open with 'Stuffit Expander'".
 - You should see the "OSXvnc" application in your "downloads" folder or on your desktop. Double-click on the "OSXvnc" application.
  - If prompted, yes you are sure you want to "Open" it.
 - The program opens and should choose "Connect to Client"
- Enter the correct domain name to connect to and port 5500
- Finally, click "Start Server"... the connection will begin and we can help.

DIRECTIONS: Linux / OtherSorry, this type of opperating system doesn't have a simple solution for remote assistance. It could still work, if you are familiar with how to initalize a reverse connection from a VNC server application.
