Dr. Susan Good has more than 20 years’ experience in the hearing industry, having worked as both a business executive and clinical audiologist. She is an expert in business development and clinical operations for audiology & physician-based practices. She is the co-founder of the Network of Medical Audiology Professionals, a community for all providers that work in and around ENT. Susan received her Master’s in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and her Doctoral degree from the University of Florida.

Presenter: Michael Hoffman PhD

Dr. Michael Hoffman is a Pediatric Psychologist in the Center for Childhood Communication at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He specializes in working with children with hearing differences and provides psychological services to through the Integrated Psychosocial Program, with an emphasis patient-centered, collaborative care and improving quality of life in children and adolescents with hearing differences.

Presenter: Yu-Hsiang Wu MD, PhD

Yu-Hsiang Wu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, the University of Iowa. His long-term research goal is to improve outcomes of audiology rehabilitative intervention for older adults by identifying factors that facilitate or prevent intervention success in the real world.
